1Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Vonkworks LLC governing your use of the Hue Haul mobile application ("Hue Haul" or the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Hue Haul is made for a mixed audience that includes children and adults. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the App only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the younger player's behalf and is responsible for supervising their use.

2Who we are

Hue Haul is developed and published by Vonkworks LLC, based in Austin, Texas, United States. "Vonkworks", "we", and "us" refer to that company. Contact us at huehaul@vonkworks.com.

3What Hue Haul is

Hue Haul is a single-player Android puzzle game in which players launch paint bots from a fixed queue, manage a holding yard, and clear colored cargo. It includes tutorials and a campaign of progressively more difficult levels.

The App has no Vonkworks account system, online multiplayer, chat, social feed, or user-generated content. Network access is used for advertising and distribution-related services. Features may evolve over time.

4Your licence to use the App

Subject to these Terms, Vonkworks grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control for private, non-commercial entertainment.

This is a licence, not a sale. All rights not expressly granted remain with Vonkworks and its licensors.

5Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, translate, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative products from the App except where applicable law expressly allows it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except to the limited extent that law permits despite this restriction;
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• use the App or its assets for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or commercial purposes without written permission;
• interfere with normal operation, security, advertising, saved information, or communications with Google services;
• create artificial ad impressions or clicks, or use automation to manipulate gameplay or advertising; or
• misrepresent your relationship with Hue Haul or Vonkworks.

6Advertising

Hue Haul is free to play and is supported by Google AdMob interstitial ads. An ad may be offered after a level is completed and the player chooses to continue to the next level. No ad is requested when the App first opens, after a loss, during a level, or after the final level. If an ad is unavailable or fails to display, play continues without it.

The App asks for a birth date on a neutral age screen before initializing the advertising SDK. The birth date is not stored; only a restricted or adult age category is kept locally. Players under 18 receive child age treatment and G-rated inventory. Verified adults use standard age treatment without the child G-rating cap. Publisher ad personalization remains disabled for every player, and Android advertising-ID permissions are removed.

Google, rather than Vonkworks, selects and delivers advertisements. We do not endorse advertised products or services and are not responsible for third-party content, websites, apps, purchases, or dealings reached through an ad. Advertising availability depends on connectivity and Google's inventory.

7Payments

Hue Haul currently has no in-app purchases or subscriptions and does not ask for payment details inside the App. If paid features are added, this page and the store listing will be updated before those features are offered, and Google Play's payment terms will also apply.

8Game and device data

Current board, score, and level state are held on the device while the App runs. Hue Haul currently provides no account, cloud backup, cross-device sync, or Vonkworks server recovery. Closing the App, clearing storage, uninstalling, resetting the device, or a device failure may erase or reset game state.

The age category produced by the first-run age screen is stored in Android app storage. Clearing the App's data or uninstalling removes it and causes the age screen to appear again.

9Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, Google AdMob data processing, family protections, and your choices. It forms part of these Terms. A parent or guardian should review it with younger players.

10Intellectual property

Hue Haul and its source code, gameplay implementation, levels and generation logic, artwork, characters, interfaces, text, sounds, name, and logo are owned by Vonkworks or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may share screenshots or recordings of your own play for non-commercial commentary, reviews, or entertainment, provided you do not claim ownership, mislead viewers, disclose confidential material, or imply Vonkworks endorsement.

11Third-party services

The App may be distributed through Google Play and uses Google Mobile Ads. Google's own terms and privacy policies govern those services. Google is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for Hue Haul.

12Availability and updates

We may add, remove, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue levels, features, advertising, compatibility, or the App itself. Updates may be required for the App to remain secure or continue working. We do not promise that every feature or advertisement will be available at all times or on every device.

13Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, or that every defect will be corrected.

These exclusions do not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vonkworks LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or game state arising from the App or these Terms, even if advised that such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Vonkworks for the App in the twelve months before the claim or US$50. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

15Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Vonkworks harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful misuse of the App, or violation of a third party's rights.

16Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate the licence if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, and contact provisions—remain effective.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the App or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated in the App or store listing. Continuing to use the App after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

18Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the App.

If you live in a place whose mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights or permits proceedings in local courts, nothing here removes those rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the App.

19Contact
